Linda Kramer’s “focus” on twins began in grade school, when she lived two doors down from a set of eleven year old twins named Noelle and Lisa. At first glance, they looked indiscernibly identical, but Linda’s keen study of the differences in their appearance and behaviors made it simple for her to tell Noelle from Lisa. Thus, Linda’s interest in photographing twins began, and can be viewed through her eyes with images exhibited here in this gallery space.
Linda’s large scale portraits are included in Permanent Collections at the San Jose Museum of Art and De Young Museum of San Francisco.
